Our bodies use glucose from sugars to produce energy, but some of this glucose remains unused. This excess binds to skin proteins (collagen and elastin) in a process known as glycation.
This reaction produces Advanced Glycation Products (AGE), which bind to cutaneous proteins, hardening them and preventing them from functioning properly. Glycation leads to premature skin aging.
- After cleansing, apply a few drops of serum to face, neck and décolleté in the morning and evening. Apply pressure with the palms of the hands until completely absorbed.
